SKILLS REQUIRED
To ensure the effective management of the Angola office environment and personal assistant to Country Manager. Ensuring alignment of the business processes with the South African Office. Focus on Customer relations.

· Bilingual: Portuguese and English (Speak, read and write)
· Planning and organizing

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support business processes and alignment with the office in South Africa:
· Assist the procurement department
· Assist the finance department
· Assist the HR department
· General office management.
· Filing and archiving of business documentation.
· Personal Assistance/Secretarial
· Secretarial function for the country manager
· Assist with secretarial requirements to the Office in Angola.
· Assist with tender preparation.
· Maintain all the standard templates for the Angola office documents
· Internal audits
· Assist in coordination of Internal Audits.
· Travel Administration
· Assist the team with travel arrangements by:
· Arranging the necessary bookings via Amex and Hull Blyth.
· Keeping up to date with current travel policies and inform team as necessary.
· Keep records available of all travel arrangements.
EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Fluent with the full range of Microsoft Office tools
· Fluent in English and Portuguese (read, write and speak)
· Good understanding of business offering, internal processes and business
