ANGOLAN COUNTRY MANAGER The Duties of the country manager include:
- Ensure compliance in finance, legal, human resources management, immigration and HSE as per the laws of Angola.
- Enforce the company Group policies in terms of finance, legal, human resources management, immigration and HSE
- Manage a small local administrative and financial team.• Manage support to all operations• Act as Business Development Manager and coach a sales & marketing specialist.• Formulate, in coordination with divisions, the business development plan in Angola.The main candidate's attributes are:• Angolan nationality
- Fluent in Portuguese and English• University degree (MBA or equivalent). Technical degree could be considered• At least 10 years of experience in administration, or finance or sales & marketing, including a few years abroad. Preferably in an oil & gas company or petroleum services sector• Dynamic, eager to learn, customer oriented•
- Good management skills•
